چکیده
The elimination of Reactive Red 120 (RR120) from synthetic solution using biochar generated Ulva prolifera was investigated. process parameters sorbent dose (A), pH (B), initial dye concentration (C), and temperatures (D) were optimized response surface methodology (RSM). To estimate the removal effectiveness with best 27 trails, Box-Behnken method (blocked) utilised. Analysis variance (ANOVA), main effect plot, interaction plot used to establish significance model, confidence level model set at 95%. maximise objective, RSM optimizer utilised a desirability 1. Furthermore, batch investigation supplemented by isotherm models, kinetic thermodynamic analyses understand adsorption mechanism.

This study investigates removing ash and pyrite sulphur from bitumen by column flotation process. Central composite design (CCD) of response surface methodology (RSM) was applied for modeling and optimization of the percentage of ash and pyrite sulphur removal from bitumen. The effects of five parameters namely the amounts of collector and frother agents, particle size, wash water rate and feed...
متن کاملApplication of Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes in the Removal of Reactive Red 120 from Aqueous Solutions
Background and purpose: Textile effluents are very difficult to treat satisfactorily due to high variations in their compositions. Strong color is one of the main characteristics of textile effluent and, if not eliminated, it can cause serious problems to the environment. In the present study, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were used as an adsorbent for the removal of Reactive Red-120 (...
